Yard Maintenance & Seasonal Cleanups

Recurring lawn and landscape maintenance, plus spring and fall cleanups, for Colorado Springs properties.

Yard Maintenance & Seasonal Cleanups

Upkeep, without it being one more thing on your list

A landscape — yours or ours — only stays good-looking if someone keeps up with it. This service covers the routine work and the seasonal resets, on a schedule that matches how the property actually gets used.

Where people usually start

A landscape that looked great when it was installed — by us or someone else — and has slowly drifted. Beds that need a spring reset. A lawn that’s fine most weeks but nobody has time for on a Saturday.

What ongoing care looks like

A property that consistently looks cared for, without you managing a schedule or chasing anyone down. Seasonal transitions handled before they become urgent — spring cleanup before the weeds get ahead, fall prep before the first hard freeze.

What's Included

What ongoing service covers

  • Routine mowing, edging, and trimming on a schedule that fits the property
  • Spring and fall cleanups — beds, leaf removal, and getting plantings ready for the season ahead
  • Bed maintenance and mulch refresh so beds keep reading as intentional, not overgrown
  • Seasonal colour rotation where a property calls for it
  • Irrigation system checks at the start and end of the watering season
  • Fall prep for winter — protecting tender plantings and closing out irrigation before hard freezes

How It Works

Getting a property onto a schedule

Initial walkthrough

We look at what’s there now and agree on a scope and frequency.

Recurring visits

Routine care on a consistent schedule through the growing season.

Seasonal cleanups

Spring and fall resets scheduled ahead of the season, not after.

Ongoing check-ins

A quick note when something needs a decision — a dying shrub, an irrigation issue — rather than a surprise.

Practical Considerations

Worth knowing before you start

  • Front Range weather swings fast — hail and late-spring frost are worth planning around for tender plantings
  • Watering schedules follow municipal restrictions, which vary by city and by season
  • Frequency can flex — weekly through peak season, less often in shoulder months
  • We’re glad to take over maintenance on a landscape another company installed
Do you offer one-time cleanups, or only ongoing contracts?

Both. A one-time spring or fall cleanup is a fine way to start, with no obligation to continue on a schedule afterward.

What's the difference between a spring and fall cleanup?

Spring focuses on clearing winter debris, cutting back last year’s growth, and refreshing mulch before the season takes off. Fall focuses on leaf removal, protecting tender plants, and closing out irrigation before hard freezes.

Can you maintain a yard another company installed?

Yes — we maintain plenty of landscapes we didn’t originally design or build.

Do you handle snow removal?

Snow removal isn’t part of this service, but we’re happy to point you toward who to ask if it comes up.
